We have a well established team of 50 members spread over various roles like design architects, developers, testers and process consultants. The team is an energetic team with a driving urge to provide end-to-end solutions to all our customers. We have a total Project management experience of 50 person years split between our key personnel.

Our key personnel have been part of major project executions and customer engagements across topographies. They carry with them the following key project management skills:

• Team Management in terms of ramp up, ramp down, competency mapping and skill upgrade
• Effective Schedule management to meet on time and with quality
• Infrastructure Management in terms of providing the necessary development and management infrastructure in hardware, software
• Innovative Delivery Management with iterative incremental model, continual validation mechanisms
• Dynamic Risk /Crisis management with proactive measures and immediate response mechanisms

Team is headed by Chief Design Architect and Principal Director – SP Ramanathan. SP Ramanathan holds a Masters degree in Management and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to promoting this company, he had served in companies like CMC Limited and SRA Systems, Chennai as Execution Group Head.

He has a rich experience across projects of different geographical locations, verticals and technologies. His main area of activities include Strategy planning, Project Management, Resource Management, Architecting solutions and Driving the design to implementation groups. He brings the combination of technical brilliance and managerial excellence on the table before the customer.
